Tuodao Medical Technology Co., Ltd ("Tuodao") specializes in the design, development and application of surgical robots, and is committed to providing robotic solutions for medical users in all fields, and empowering the development of the intelligent medical industry with scientific and technological innovation.
Based on data algorithms, artificial intelligence, high-precision control and other cutting-edge technologies,Tuodao has developed a core technology platform for surgical robots.Tuodao strategically laid out five fields of surgical robot application, namely orthopedics surgical robot, laparoscopic surgical robot, percutaneous puncture surgical robot, natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgical robot and intraoperative imaging. Moreover, Tuodao has highly focus on the application of diversified medical and surgical departments, with rich surgical robot product pipelines in orthopedics, surgical department, gynecology, urology and imaging studies.
In the future, adhering to the corporate mission of "Making surgery simpler and life healthier", Tuodao will cooperate with industrial and ecological partners to form a full product pipeline layout, build Tuodao integrated remote intelligent medical center, and jointly shape the future of human health.
In 2022, Tuoshou Orthopedic Surgical Robot and Daoying Mobile C-Arm X-Ray Machine have been approved and marketed; in 2023, Daoying 3D Mobile C-Arm X-Ray Machine, Tuoying Mobile C-Arm X-Ray Machine and Tuoshu Percutaneous Puncture Surgical Robot have been approved and commercialized by the middle of the year. Moreover, one more product will be approved in the first half of 2024.

“In December 2018, I saw a robot-assisted surgery in Germany, the first time I saw it for myself. That moment promised my commitment. After returning to China, I founded Robot X Lab, which later became Tuodao® Medical.”——Dr. Cheng Min.
Strongly motivated since then, Dr. Cheng, chairman and founder of Tuodao® Medical and an expert in robotics, gathered a group of like-minded talents in the industry. Their insights into the clinical needs were translated into robot-directed product pipelines in five surgical fields. Cooperating with hospitals and research institutes, Tuodao continuously explores and advances fundamental robotics technologies and expands the limits of traditional surgeries. Tuodao aims to save lives by maximizing the value of healthcare professionals and improving access to health resources.

Milestones
In July, Nanjing Tuodao Medical Technology Co., Ltd was established.
A tele-robotic vertebral augmentation via 5G network was trialed.
Shanghai R&D Center was established.
Tuoshou/NS100 (Orthopedic Surgical Robot) project was initiated.
The R&D project of YC100 (Laparoscopic Surgical Robot) received internal approval.
Tuoshou was filed for licensure only six months after the first patient's enrollment.
IC100 (Mobile C-arm ) project was initiated.
NP100 (Thoracoabdominal Percutaneous Surgical Robot) project was initiated.
NA100 (Joint Orthopedic Surgical Robot) project was initiated.
The prototype of YC100 (Laparoscopic Surgical Robot) was completed.
Shenzhen and Singapore R&D centers were established.
